In April 2025 she stepped into the role of\u202f Acting Team Leader in Defined Programs, and appointed ongoing January 2026. With a strong background in\u202fretail management, she was ready for a new direction and found herself drawn to the disability sector. \u201cI needed something different. The DSP role in Defined Programs sounded fun and really rewarding.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Charmaine\u2019s enthusiasm for her work is unmistakable. \u201cI love it. The clients are amazing. I enjoy the tearoom chats, and watching clients grow, progress and succeed.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She\u2019s especially passionate about helping clients build confidence and hopes to support them in taking steps toward employment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently completing a\u202ftraineeship in Certificate III in Individual Support, Charmaine is committed to continuing her development and making a lasting impact in her role.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Charmaine joined CLRS in\u202fFebruary 2024\u202fas a\u202fDirect Support Professional (DSP).
